- — is the process of addressing soil compaction in the vicinity of trees. Compacted soil inhibits the supply of oxygen, moisture and minerals to trees roots often causing crown weakening and dieback. This process opens up the soil to allow the roots to ‘breathe’ and also introduces natural nutrients into the soil to help stimulate new growth.
